Package prices below use my standard payment plan: a 20% deposit, then the rest of the build price over 10 monthly instalments. Monthly running costs and maintenance are charged on top from launch, and carry on after your build is paid off. Your quote can use a different plan — for example paying the build upfront — and your quote is what applies.

Hosting and routine maintenance, plus any support time included in your quote
Your monthly fee keeps your site running, secure and up to date. It's the same £59 a month for every website, whichever package you choose. If your site needs its own database or back end — a client portal, a built-in booking system, a shop with its own product database, or a custom system — it's £89 a month, because those cost more to run. Exactly what's included for your project, and your support time, is listed in your quote. New features, redesigns and other extra work are always quoted separately.

My standard payment plan
Your deposit covers 20% of your build price. The remaining 80% is spread over 10 monthly instalments, so by the time you have paid month 10, your build is fully paid off — and it's yours.
Running costs and maintenance are a separate monthly fee, charged on top of the instalments from the day your site goes live. From month 11, it's the only thing you pay. You can see the figures for each package above.
Not every project uses this plan — some pay the build upfront or on completion, with the running costs from launch. Your quote shows the plan that applies to you.
