Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glow Digital's website and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Glow Digital provides:

• Custom website design and development
• CRM development and integrations
• Ongoing support and redesign services
• Flexible payment plans and project-based pricing

2. Payments

• Projects typically require a deposit upfront with the remainder payable in instalments.
• Payment schedules are outlined in your project proposal/contract.
• Late or missed payments may pause delivery until resolved.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information for your project
• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure any content (logos, text, images) you supply is owned by you or properly licensed

4. Intellectual Property

• All custom designs, code, and CRMs remain the property of Glow Digital until final payment is made.
• Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to you (excluding third-party tools, frameworks, or licensed assets).

5. Revisions & Scope

• Each project includes a defined number of revisions, detailed in your proposal.
• Significant changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

6. Ongoing Support

• Glow Digital offers optional care plans and redesign support.
• Without a support plan, fixes or changes after project sign-off may be billed separately.

7. Limitations of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Digital (Sophia Pedley) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• While we strive for best performance and security, no website or CRM can be 100% guaranteed free from vulnerabilities, downtime, or security breaches.
• We are not responsible for any third-party services, platforms, or tools that may be integrated into your project.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if obligations are not met.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Business Information: Glow Digital is a trading name operated by Sophia Pedley, a sole trader.
