A lot of pay monthly website deals are rentals: you pay forever, and if you stop, the website disappears. Mine works differently. The instalments pay for the build. Once they're done, you're only paying the monthly running costs for hosting, maintenance and support.

Your quote sets out every payment and when it's due before you agree to anything. No setup fees appearing later, no surprise invoices.
