Studio Lune

Dubai's premium lash and brow studio. Built for the client who expects luxury, from the treatment room and from the website.

The brief

Studio Lune operates in a market where the competition is fierce and the client is discerning. Dubai's beauty scene is saturated with options. What makes a client choose you is how you make them feel before they've even booked. The website is the first impression.

The brief: create something that feels as premium as the studio itself. Dark, editorial, glamorous, but not loud. The kind of website that makes you feel you need to raise your standards just to enquire.

What was built

Dark editorial hero

Full-viewport near-black background with a close-up beauty editorial photograph. Gold eyebrow text, large Cormorant Garamond headline, single outlined CTA button. No clutter, just impact. Most beauty sites are soft and pink. This deliberately isn't.

Trust bar

Four trust signals presented as gold-separated stats: 5★ rating, certified lash artists, all volume techniques, same-day bookings. Positioned immediately below the hero, it validates the premium positioning before the client scrolls.

Treatment cards with pricing

Three treatments presented as dark-bordered cards with gold pricing. Hover state adds a gold glow. Showing prices upfront filters for the right client and saves time on both sides.

Masonry gallery

Six portfolio images in a CSS masonry layout with no JavaScript library. Shows the work in a format that feels editorial rather than grid-rigid. Gold overlay on hover.

Gold CTA section

Full-width gradient from warm gold to lighter gold, with dark text. Deliberately inverts the dark/light balance of the rest of the page, signals a change of gear, and drives the booking action.

Design direction

Near-black (#0a0a0a), warm gold (#c9a84c), warm off-white (#f5f0e8). Every colour choice has a purpose: the dark background makes the gold pop, the gold signals premium without being garish, the off-white text is warmer and softer than pure white. Cormorant Garamond throughout. Nothing else was considered.
