Help a nursery operator picture it before they ever visit.
The Crying Tree, once known as Gorsey Cop, has permission to become a 100-place day nursery and is offered on a long-term lease. The aim is to find an operator who will do it justice.
Operators need to imagine children in the rooms and to trust the facts. The site does both, with every figure sourced and the planning documents shared privately.

Made from the architect's approved drawings, the vision section brings the plans to life as you scroll, then walks through each room, from the baby room to the garden.

Key figures like the 100 approved places and the Grade II listing show where they come from and when they were checked. Anything not yet confirmed is clearly marked, so operators can trust what they read.
The site opens on an illustrated view of the house and garden as a nursery, with two clear next steps: request the prospectus or arrange a viewing. Every concept image is labelled as illustrative, so nothing is oversold.
An interactive map of South Liverpool shows nearby nurseries, schools, transport and new homes, plus 5, 10 and 15-minute drive times, so operators can judge the catchment for themselves.
Planning documents are never downloadable from the public site. Approved operators get a private link to the prospectus pack, and every enquiry lands in a back office.
Calm, green and grown-up, to suit a heritage building and the people who run nurseries. Deep garden green, warm cream, soft moss and an old gold accent, with elegant serif headlines and clear, friendly body text.
